56th Annual All Oakland County Cross Country Championships

VARSITY RACE In an effort to parallel the State Tournament, we will be utilizing www.Athletic.net

ENTRIES for all team rosters and entries. Instructions for your entries can be found at the conclusion of this document.

RESERVE RACE The reserve runners are to also be entered at www.athletic.net

ENTRIES You may only run 10 runners from your school in the Reserve Championship Race. You may enter a runner in the Varsity and Reserve race and make that decision on race day. All additional reserve runners will compete in the Open Race.

OPEN RACE There will be one OPEN RACE, this will be a combined boys and girls race with unlimited participants from each school. The open race is for high school runners only. No adults or middle school athletes please. The race will be started by a gun at 9:15 a.m. Coaches will be responsible for getting their own finish times. There will be no results or postings from the OPEN RACE.

ENTRY Following the same procedures as the MHSAA State Tournament, all entries will be SUBMISSION done online at www.athletic.net

LATE ENTRIES Any entries received after 12:00 (Noon) will be assessed a $50.00 late fee. The check must be made out to Milford High School and presented the day of the meet. BOYS: Shot Put, High Jump, first

GIRLS:  Discus and Long Jump and Pole Vault first

10:00              PRELIMS

3200 Relay will follow the last 200 prelim

FINALS:         11:30 OR 20 minutes following the 3200 Relay

PLACE:                     MILFORD HIGH SCHOOL TRACK

(Only 1/8” spikes allowed.  Check your shoes)

ENTRY FEES:         $75/TEAM;   $140/for combined boy/girl team

Coaches – have your AD send this entry fee to Milford High School

Teams can enter their teams online if the fee has already been submitted.

**This event is an invitational and is not part of the Oakland County Championship meet entry fees paid in the fall**

ADMISSION:            $5.00

T-SHIRTS:                Will be available by the concession stand for $10.

AWARDS:                 Medals to the top six places in individual and relay events.

We will enter via the web, using Athletic.net.  Entries due on Thursday, May 21st, 2015 at 12 noon.  Please remember that you must be able to print out a version for yourself as proof that the entries were correctly installed.       ALL SUBSTITUTIONS ON MEET DAY WILL COST $10 EACH!!

ELIGIBILITY:            All enrolled ninth grade students are eligible whether they attend a 3 or 4 year high school or a junior high school.

SCRATCHES:         COFFEE, DONUTS, SCRATCHES will start at 8:00 AM in the “Coaches Only” room adjacent to the concession stand.

*EACH SUBSTITUTION MADE ON MEET DAY WILL BE CHARGED A $10 LATE FEE PAYABLE IN CASH AT THE TIME OF THE CHANGE!

REMEMBER:  ONLY TWO ENTRIES ALLOWED IN INDIVIDUAL EVENTS.

AWARDS PRESENTATION:

Pole Vault—Both genders will vault simultaneously in two pits

  • Bus drop-off will be in the Scott Lk. Rd. lot, and parking will be directly across the street at Covert Center, as well as in the Scott Lk. Rd. lot when Covert Center is full.
